Due to an increase in pupil numbers, we have an exciting opportunity to be part of our Independent school, Graduately Developing Futures, specialising in supporting children with SEND, SEMH and behavioural difficulties based on a 6 acre farm on the outskirts of Poole, Dorset.

We are looking for a caring, nurturing and enthusiastic person to join our growing school community. Candidates must have a good understanding of supporting children and young people with additional needs such as SEMH, ASD and ADHD, and be confident to support behaviours that can be challenging at times.

The roles and responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:
- Working alongside teachers to support and deliver small group and 1:1 sessions
- Recording student’s progress
- Communication with parents, teachers and other professionals
- Keeping learning areas clean and tidy
