Our well established client is currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit to join our esteemed team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading BIM implementation efforts, driving project success, and mentoring junior staff members. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and workflows within the firm, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to BIM standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM execution plans, project requirements, and deliverables, integrating BIM technology throughout all project phases.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise in the use of Revit software, developing and maintaining Revit families, templates, and project models to support project needs.
- Generate accurate and detailed BIM models, drawings, and documentation for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with design intent, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings, clash detection analyses, and model reviews to resolve conflicts and optimize project efficiency.
- Mentor and train junior staff members in BIM methodologies, tools, and techniques, fostering their professional growth and development within the firm.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural practice.
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, with a strong understanding of BIM principles, processes, and workflows.
- Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, managing project models, and conducting clash detection analyses.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
