Senior ArchitectSalary: £40,000- 45,000 Depending on experience
Location: Greater Manchester
Role Overview:
As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering projects in further education and higher education facilities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead design, management, and collaboration within the education team.
* Work closely with the wider design and technical team members.
* Engage with external stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
* Contribute significantly to the design and delivery of education projects.
* Proactively develop and secure new business in the education sector.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5-10 years' post-qualification.
* Expertise: Design and delivery of further education and higher education facilities.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of DFE and university working practices, statutory design requirements.
* Skills: Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
* Project Management: Ability to manage projects through all RIBA stages.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead a project team and successfully run projects.
