Senior Architect / Associate Architect
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: £40k - £55k + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

The Role:
As a Delivery Architect (Executive Architect), leverage your experience for hands-on technical delivery while supporting team members, identify opportunities, and foster talent to achieve collective goals.
This role is mainly based at the client's site.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as a Senior Architect, Associate Architect or in a similar role
* At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, including
* Strong grasp of UK Building and Planning regulations
* Experience in project delivery and management across all RIBA stages
* Experience with historic and listed structures
* AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation (desirable)
* Proficiency in BIM / Revit (beneficial)
* Leadership experience in managing project teams
