The successful applicant will be required to: Independently manage of a caseload of adults with dysphagia and communication difficulties with a diagnosis of Learning Disability, by planning, delivering and reviewing their individual packages of care. Guide service users, their support, colleagues and management by utilising skills, knowledge and practicalexperience to inform best practice care. Provide clinical supervision, second opinions and support to less experienced members of staff. Ensure outcome measures are embedded across the team . Use a quality improvement approach to evaluate and review performance and activity to contribute to service development.
