The Role:
As our History Teacher, you will:
- Ignite Curiosity: Delve into captivating lectures and lead immersive discussions that transport students to different eras and civilizations.
- Foster Creativity: Design and implement hands-on projects, simulations, and re-enactments that bring history to life and deepen students’ understanding.
- Empower Students: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3/4/5, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs and abilities.
- Ensure Progress: Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide timely feedback and support.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in History
- Proven experience teaching History in UK secondary schools
- Flexible and innovative approach to teaching
- Reside locally or willing to commute to Medway
