Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in History.
- Proficiency in Teaching History / Humanities.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction to students of varying proficiency levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.
- Commitment to promoting a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive History lessons in accordance with the national curriculum and academy guidelines.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic growth and language development.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and cultural appreciation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities and enrichment activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning community.
