This is a unique role that has developed as our school has grown. We recognise the valuable role that reading plays in education and employment. To support this, we are looking for a suitable candidate to work with our pupils to develop their reading skills. We follow a number of proven reading programmes and full training will be given around how to deliver these.
The successful candidate must have:
The ability to lead reading lessons, The capacity to work collaboratively as part of a developing team, A passion for reading that drives them to help pupils achieve their very best.
