SalaryWe are working with a lovely school and are supporting them in finding highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administrator with Bursar Duties to join their team to oversee the administration support within school and to assist the Headteacher in all matters within the management of the school which are supportive to, but do not involve the teaching function.
Required for as soon as possible.
● Grade 6 (£27,803 - £30,296 pro rata)
● Part time - 3 days per week - hours to be agreed.

Do you have:
● Knowledge of financial systems (Access) and a good level of literacy and numeracy skill
● Experience in financial administration, assisting the Head teacher in the setting and management of the school budget.
● The ability to assist the Head teacher in monitoring all school budgets and accounts throughout the year, ensuring income/expenditure is correctly recorded
● Skills to ensure that all budget records are maintained and up to date and reports are issued and presented in a timely manner
● Ability to manage HR, Payroll systems and administrative tasks
● Excellent communication, inter-personal and ICT skills
● An organised nature
● Initiative to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
● A positive attitude as you will be the first face seen at the school
● A conscientious and professional manner
● Understanding of the need to be confidential
