About the role
At The Academy Grimsby the Senior Administrator is an important member of the team, being the first point of contact for parents and visitors, both in person and over the telephone. We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator who will demonstrate warmth and comfort to parents, students and visitors whilst at the same time being pragmatic, proactive, proficient and enthusiastic. The successful candidate must be person and student centred and a self-motivated individual, equipped with knowledge and understanding of front line services, preferably in a similar setting.
About the person
Candidates should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, particularly Word and Excel. Experience of working in an education setting would be beneficial although not essential as training would be provided. Candidates must hold Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English.
