HMO Property Manager - £25K-£27K - Manchester
Our client is seeking an exceptional HMO Property Manager to join the team in their Old Trafford office. As part of the team, you'll experience a stimulating and vibrant working environment, where they foster a strong people-oriented culture. They are looking for someone with drive and ambition who's able to manage their diary, whilst understanding the importance of reactive urgency. The processes are 100% digital meaning there's zero paperwork: one step closer to saving the planet!
HMO Property Manager's role:
- Acquiring new clients at every opportunity
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to address maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance certificates are valid and up to date.
- Rent arrears management
- Property inventories, inspections and checkouts
- Attending networking events
- Engaging in regular panel discussions with stakeholders
Key Skills Required
- 3+ years of proven Property Management experience
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong IT knowledge - Excel, Word, Outlook
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
Qualifications
- ARLA Qualification preferred.

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm
Friday 9am to 4pm
Every Other Saturday 9am to 1pm
