We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our energetic team in Earby, Lancashire, BB18 6JZ.
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our projects, seamlessly guiding them from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include delegating tasks, monitoring progress, budgeting, and ensuring exceptional coordination among team members. You'll manage both internal and client-facing projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients and maintaining constant engagement with stakeholders. Whether it's creating comprehensive project plans, managing budgets, or providing clear communications on project statuses, your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with a 30-minute lunch break. Hybrid working, maximum 3 days remote.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-facing project management role for at least 1 year.
- Excellent people skills including respect, collaboration, empathy, and clarity.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to pre-empt and resolve issues.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communicator with experience in both written and verbal formats.
