Living location: Commutable to Blackpool Remuneration: GBP45,000 Benefits: GBP500 car allowance, pension, 4x death in service & 25 days annual leave
The role of the Project Manager - Chimney / Flue Systems will involve:
- Project Manager position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of Chimney / Flue Systems for the industrial market sector
- Managing projects from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
- Overseeing design, procurement, production, transport, and installation
- Process orders of materials & equipment to ensure they are delivered to site on time
- Liaising regularly with the Main Contractor, Sub Contractors and End User
- Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
- Ensure that all variations are quantified, recorded and approved by clients
- Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
- Providing financial evaluation and reporting of projects to Directors and Senior Management including progress reports, benchmarking, variance analysis and costs to complete calculations
- Managing projects ranging in value between GBP25,000 - GBP2,500,000
The ideal applicant will be an Project Manager - Chimney / Flue Systems with:
- Must have 3+ years Project Management experience in the HVAC, engineering or steel market sector
- Ideally will have a technical understanding of chimney and Flue Systems
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
- Genuine 'get up and go' work ethic
- Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
