Job Title: Holiday Cottage Administrator

Location: Windermere

Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week), Saturdays required

Role Overview:

As a Property Management Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, supporting various aspects of property management, sales, customer service, and community engagement. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting in sales, resolving owner queries, managing property-related tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand within the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales efforts for our Property Management Service to both new and existing property owners.
  • Efficiently resolve owner queries, surpassing their expectations in resolution and service.
  • Engage in various property management duties, including interactions with property owners, caretakers, and tradesmen.
  • Provide efficient and effective sales service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction in complaint resolution and after-sales support.
  • Promote and maintain a professional image of our brands within the local community.
  • Aid in the administrative tasks associated with the Property Management Service function as needed.
  • Support local promotional events, including County Shows.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management (RM) team, providing assistance and support as required.
  • Extend support to other regional and head offices as necessary.

Key Skills Required:

  • Keen attention to detail, striving to exceed quality expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Professional and credible demeanor with a strong focus on sales.
  • Conflict resolution skills in face-to-face interactions.

Working Hours and Location:

  • Full-time role with 37.5 hours/week.
  • Saturdays required due to changeover days; Sundays off along with another day in the week.
  • Office hours: 9 am to 5 pm at our local office in Windermere.
