Hays are recruiting a temporary to permanent administrator for an operations team based in Trafford Park. This role is fully office based and will be a quick turnaround to start.
Your new role
You will support the project team with full administrative duties, generating PO numbers, managing purchases, reviewing invoices, reviewing delivery notes, organising collections, coordinating couriers, managing post, monitoring and ordering stationery, liaise with facilities, maintain the reception area, answer and direct telephone calls and any other duties required via the team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, you will have strong communication skills, you will be organised, you will have strong IT skills, you will have a flexible approach to work.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available, temporary to permanent role, paying up to £25,000, immediate starting.
