We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual to join a rapidly growing firm based in Manchester City Centre specialising in Consumer Rights Solicitors. Our firm provides advice on all aspects of consumer finance including mortgages, secured loans, unsecured credit agreements and insurance products.
Job Summary
Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant in brief include:
· Providing support to our managers and employees.
· Managing our company’s general administrative activities providing support where needed.
· Assisting in the daily office functions .
· Responding to internal departments requests.
· Maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
· Answering telephone calls and directing callers to appropriate personnel.
· Organising and categorising emails, providing statistics by tracking.
· Scanning and sending legal documents.
· Creating cases on our software, reviewing for proposed action, rejecting cases.
· Managing our internal and external mail process.
· Schedule appointment and meetings.
· Assist visitors.
· Organising beverages and food.
· Taking and organising our delivery of incoming packages.
· Organising stationary orders and deliveries (which requires some manual handling).
Technical Skills & Experience
Essential
The ideal candidate should have and be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.
Attention to Detail.
Experience of working within a fast-paced environment.
Have a good understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
Preferred
Experience within an admin role, within a legal sector.
At least 1 year experience in administration role.
We would consider experience within an administration role with transferable skill set and can demonstrate administrative, secretarial or client communication skills.
The role: -
- Full time - Monday to Friday.

Salary is dependent on experience.
