Full time Admin Support Clerk for our contracts department.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills with efficient organisational skills and be able to prioritise their own workload to ensure that all deadlines are met. They must be computer literate and able to use MS Office. They must be able to read a plan with a scale rule and print plans to a plotter. They must also be an efficient record keeper and able to keep client portals up to date.
Main Duties
To liaise with staff, suppliers and contractors regarding programme dates.
To liaise with sub-contractors to collate data for H&S site files as well as for O & M manuals.
To ensure health and safety documentation is provided and kept up to date on active sites.
To print plans for contract managers.
To ensure all relevant site information is retained onto our shared drive as well as client portals.
Salary
An excellent salary and benefit package is available to the right candidate.
Hours of work
8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday, office based role.
