Home-Based Equity Release Advisor - Scotland West

Do you feel compelled to help people make prudent financial decisions as they get older? Do you have a strong drive to build long-lasting relationships and deliver exceptional customer service? Are you more content in a hectic, at-home environment?
If so, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Equity Release Advisor to join our expanding clientele of directly approved individuals! You will be responsible for providing Scotland West homeowners who are 55 years of age or older with informed advice. You will help them make sense of the options available to them and get around the complex world of Equity Release products.

What you'll do:

• Working from home in and around the Scotland West area, you will receive on average 3-4 new leads a week.
• Build relationships with clients over the phone and video call, understanding their individual needs and financial goals.
• Provide comprehensive and impartial advice on a range of Equity Release products, including lifetime mortgages, home reversion schemes, and more.
• Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date on the latest regulations and product offerings in the Equity Release market.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive but supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

• Equity release qualification (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in Equity Release advice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone and video call.
• Excellent knowledge of the Equity Release market and financial products.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Confident and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
