Ann Mason Care are a family run domiciliary care agency and we are currently looking for full time enthusiastic Home Care Assistants to provide a high standard of care to our services users in such a way that helps continue their independence whilst also maintaining their respect and dignity.
For the role of Care Assistant, we need people who can travel to rural villages between Colchester and Ipswich. Typical daily travelling time can be 1.1/2 hours. Travelling time and mileage are both paid for

The Role
We are looking for caring, compassionate people, who are organised and work on their own initiative. It is important that you have good communication skills in written and spoken English to join our Home Care team.
Responsibilities
- Visiting the service users home
- Working to care plans and company guidelines
- Personal Care
- Companionship
- 30/35 hours per week
- In-house training
Ideal candidate
- Worked within the care industry or have equivalent experience
- Must have their own transport.
- Are willing to contribute to team working
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Are over 18 years of age (due to legal restrictions in relation to giving personal care)
