As a manager, you will have day-to-day management responsibility for setting up and reviewing care packages as well as managing and deploying staff. You must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and be able to deal confidently, calmly and sensitively with difficult situations. In addition, you must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internal and external. Due to the nature of the post it is essential that you are familiar with, and are competent in Word and Excel packages.
You must have experience of managing staff.
You must have the ability to travel throughout the Falkirk council area.
The hours of the post are 37 per week, inclusive of weekend working.
This post is temporary until Jun 2025 to cover a temporary project.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
