The ideal Nursing Home Manager will have:

• Home management experience within an elderly care setting
• Experience as a manager within a Nursing Home
• Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN
• A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care Home Manager
• Excellent leadership abilities and a friendly demeanour
