An exciting opportunity has arisen in a medium sized Nursing Dementia Care Home, located near Lincoln (LN4), for an experienced Nursing Care Home Manager with NMC PIN Number.
The Nursing Dementia Care Home has an enviable reputation for providing fully qualified Care and Support to the highest standards, together with quality accommodation and clinical facilities.
The Care Home provides Elderly People with a high standard of Care and Support.
We currently seek an experienced Nursing Care Home Manager preferably registered with CQC to manage the running of the Care Home to a high standard.
You will be supported by an exceptional Deputy Manager Clinical Lead and a strong Care Team.
The Registered Nursing Care Home Manager must have good knowledge of CQC Policies and Procedures, understands compliance and have strong management skills.
You will be involved in doing Audits, Care Planning, Medication Management, Staff Management and overall managing and running of the Care Home.
Ideal applicant will currently be a Nursing Home Manager or Nursing Registered Manager, plus be motivated, enthusiastic with strong management skills.
