**Overview:** We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort. **Responsibilities:** - Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals - Support individuals with mobility assistance and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary - Implement care plans and provide companionship to clients - Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel - Assist with household tasks and meal preparation - Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individual **Requirements:** - Experience in caregiving, nursing, or related field is preferred - Knowledge of hospice care, case management, and behavior management is a plus - Ability to administer medications following proper protocols - Proficient in creating and implementing care plans - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting - Familiarity with home care practices and procedures Join our team of dedicated Caregivers and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
