We are currently recruiting for a Fleet & Maintenance Administrator to join one of our busy distribution clients in Wednesbury.
This role will be based in Wednesbury with the occasional travel to their other sites so a clean driving license is essential.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Must be responsible and trust worthy
- Must be able to deal with any driver queries
- Must be able to debrief all drivers at the end of their shift
- Updating all maintenance and repairs of fleet onto the system
- Must be able to provide PO numbers supplies for invoices
What you will need:
- You will need to be result driven
- You will need your own transport
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must be able to work to deadlines whilst prioritising workload
- You will need great attention to detail
- To be flexible and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Full clean UK driving license at least 12 months
- Experience in fleet maintenance bookings and monitoring
- Transport office experience
- Experience in using various IT systems
- Fleet maintenance support knowledge
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- 09:30-18:00
