Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for a new role in a state of the art home near Northampton? We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for our client's Luxury residential home. This full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £70,000 Plus Bonus scheme and benefits.
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs. You will also be:
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff and continually developing and encouraging your team
- Cultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively working in a Collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding.
- Ensuring optimum occupancy is maintained in the home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing.
To apply, you will need at least 3 years of experience as a Home Manager with CQC. You will also require the following:
- Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
- A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care Home Manager
- Evidenced CQC inspections at a Good or Outstanding level.
- An NVQ in social care management
