Compass Associates are pleased to be working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Residential Home Manager for their medium to large sized Residential Home based in the Swindon area, which provides Elderly and dementia Residential Care within the home.      
     
The Candidate      
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to join a well performing provider and continue its excellent standard of care. My client would like to meet people capable of supporting and inspiring a team whilst placing an importance on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you're leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.    
    
Requirements     
Proven 2 years Residential Care Home experience - Home Manager
Strong working knowledge of CQC
Genuine passion in elderly care
Experience in building occupancy levels
NVQ Level 5
 
Location     
This role is based in the Swindon area and would be commutable from Cirencester, Oxford, Gloucester, Chippenham, Corsham, Cheltenham, Bourton-on-the-Water  and other surrounding areas.
