SalaryAre you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking to join our client's friendly and welcoming team. This full-time Home Manager role will involve running a Large Nursing Home based in Edinburgh and offers an attractive salary starting from £60,000 DOE plus Bonus and benefits package,
As a Home Manager in Edinburgh, you will be working for a large care provider who operate a number of Nursing homes across the country. In this role, you will deliver nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector, you will also be required to:
- Manage teams to deliver first-class care to service users.
- Ensure the residents get efficient high-end care.
- Keep the staff positively motivated in a style that makes you enjoy your work.
To apply, you will need to have an NMC nursing pin. The following are also required:
- A demonstrable track record of CI compliance as a registered care Home Manager
- Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5
- UK driving licence
- Home management experience within an elderly care setting
