A leading housebuilder is in search of a seasoned National Marketing Manager to steer their brand's presence and strategy. This 12-month maternity cover position offers a chance to leave a significant mark within a dynamic team, with the flexibility to be based in either Edinburgh or Buckinghamshire with hybrid office working available.
The Role:
As the National Marketing Manager, your remit will include crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and ensuring all marketing activities resonate with the target market. You will be the linchpin in coordinating with various departments to deliver cohesive campaigns that bolster the company's market position and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Lead a team to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decisions
- Manage budgets and forecast marketing needs
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to report on campaign progress and ROI
- First point of contact for four of the eight regional businesses, including coordinating Quarterly Planning Meetings and supporting regional efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong client relationships with the chosen agencies
- Aiding the Digital Development Coordinator in ensuring all online content from the regional marketing teams is optimised and reflects the calibre of the brands
- Align to sales and marketing objectives as well as the wider business objectives related to brand messaging, audience engagement and lead generation
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in marketing, specifically within the property sector
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing a team
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Adept at analysing data and translating insights into action
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms
- Knowledge of a CMS system such as Wordpress will be beneficial but not mandatory.
