A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate individual to join a Brilliantly Newly refurbished nursing and residential care home as a Home Manager. This is a unique chance to take on a 30 bedded care home and commission it to meet the highest standards of care.
As the Home Manager, you will be responsibilities will include:

• The day-to-day operations of the care home
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all residents
• You will also be tasked with commissioning the newly home
• Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and that the home is fully operational.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience as a Home Manager within a similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering excellent care and managing a team. You will also need to have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve the highest standards of care.
In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000, as well as the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of the residents in your care. You will also have the support of a dedicated and experienced senior management team, who will work with you to ensure the success of the home.
