Panoramic Associates is excited to announce a new opportunity to collaborate with a housing association, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Home Ownership Officer to join this Home Ownership team.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive services to the Homeowners, encompassing income management, and addressing tenancy issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting annual reviews of leaseholder service charges in collaboration with Asset Management and other relevant teams, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and furnishing annual accounts to all leaseholders.
• Managing leaseholder service charge accounts, overseeing payment agreements, and monitoring arrears, including those related to shared ownership.
• Offering support during the annual audit of service charge accounts.
• Participating in leaseholder involvement meetings and community gatherings with customers and partner agencies.
• Establishing payment arrangements and addressing customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Providing assistance for staircasing and Home Ownership sales processes.
• Updating policies and procedures to align with legislative changes.
• Generating reports and compiling statistics on all aspects of Home Ownership and income management.
• Responding to solicitors' inquiries regarding leasehold and shared ownership sales.
• Advising other teams and facilitating Section 20 consultations, including preparing and dispatching necessary paperwork.
• Handling arrears management and implementing arrears agreements effectively.
