Assistant Accountant

CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a fantastic organisation who are investors in people and who have a track record of promoting and developing their employees. The role will be at least 3 days per week in the office and a salary of up to £28,000 + Benefits is available.

We are ideally looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant who is looking for a role which will offer career prospects.

ROLE DETAILS
Your role as Assistant Accountant will see you work alongside the Accounts Payable Manager, where you will be responsible for bank reconciliations, purchase ledger and expense management.

COMPANY
You will join an organisation who were established over 75 years ago, the company distributes fine foods and has a turnover in excess of £90mn.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
It is anticipated that the role will evolve to assist with working capital management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and FX. Within a finance department of 5, excellent opportunities exist for the successful candidate.

SALARY:
Basic salary up to £28,000 + Bonus
