My estableshed but growing cruise travel business are looking for both part time and full-time sales consultants with a passion to succeed. These roles require people with a passion for travel, a passion for success and a passion for offering the ultimate service to their customers. - Ability to impress clients with your knowledge and personality
- A minimum of 2 years of cruise sales experience.
- Superb proven sales technique and strong business acumen
- Supremely organised with good computer skills
- Knowledge of the cruise industry
Experience/Qualities/Skills:
- Achievements in meeting/exceeding sales targets whilst ensuring high levels of customer service
- Possess confident, professional, friendly approach to building client rapport and forging long-lasting relationships
- Experience in negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge/experience of worldwide travel
- Thrive in periods of pressure
- Ability to manage multiple software applications
Responsibilities:
- Create inspirational holidays to excite our clients
- Meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide cost calculations for quotations
- Process bookings accurately and efficiently
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maximise our customer's experience
