AddressIn this job role you will:
- Plan care packages onto the internal Mosaic System
- Ensure appropriate information is in place matching support plans
- Support the investigation of enquiries
- Enter correct information from the financial assessment
- Refer quality or safeguarding issues
We are looking for someone who has:
- Knowledge of the social care sector
- Knowledge of safeguarding legislation
- Demonstrable customer-focused attitude
- The ability to communicate effectively
