  • You will lead and support your teams, focusing on key performance indicators and data-driven insights.
  • You will drive continuous service improvements particularly in Homelessness Prevention and have oversight of quality assurance processes and service improvement initiatives.
  • You will work collaboratively with other Council services and partner agencies to develop and lead initiatives so that residents get the best service and opportunities to live independently and safely in their homes, so they are not at risk of homelessness.

Skills and experience

The following are some of the essential skills and experience you will need for this role:

  • Knowledge of relevant and associated legislation across several disciplines including tenancy and homelessness law
  • Experience of managing teams providing a front-line service
