Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Nationwide Client who is seeking a Hospital Director for their hospital based in Marlow. We are looking for a Hospital Director, ideally with a clinical background. Due to the size and stability of the hospital, we will consider people looking to step up so this could be your next challenge in your career, providing you have experience with managing a team, managing budgets and clinical background. The Hospital is a 14 Bed inpatient mental health service consisting of a specialist Eating Disorders Hospital for adults. We treat patients with a variety of disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and atypical eating disorders.
Your Role as Hospital Director, will include but not be limited to:
- Extensive experience working at a senior level; preferably within a similar setting.
- Seasoned leader, with operational and financial planning experience.
- Experience of commercial accountability for cost control and financial performance.
- Experience of making informed decisions sometimes in difficult circumstances.
- Experience of leading a diverse team.
- Extensive managerial & leadership experience with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare.
- Strong record of innovation and making changes to the operation to further improve the work environment and site performance.
