Hospital Director (Mental Health: Eating Disorders)

Eden Brown Synergy has an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Hospital Manager/Hospital Director with a specialist background in Eating Disorders for Adultsto take up an opportunity as a Hospital Director.

The preferred candidate would have a clinical background, is currently or previously in a senior role overseeing operations, budgets and performance for the service, staff and facility.

This role may consider a suitable candidate that has acquired the right level of skills and ready to advance their career to this level

The Facility:

• A Mental Health Services Hospital for 18+ Adults (all genders) diagnosed with Eating Disorders, and offers treatment programmes supporting their clinical needs in a highly supportive, safe and therapeutic homely environment.
• Its occupancy accommodate 14 bed in-patient care, with single-occupancy on-suite rooms that provides the most ideal privacy and comfort for their recovery process.
• A variety of disorders are treated, including anorexia, bulimia and atypical Eating Disorders

Key Requirements for this role:

• Previous experience at senior level gained in a similar environment, managing operations, financial planning and performance that includes budgets & costing, and a strong diverse team.
• A track record in the development of healthcare services
• A track record in making innovative changes and improvements to enhance both site and operational performance
