About the job:
We are now looking to appoint a Workplace Advisor who will provide leadership, advice and deliver technical/professional input into the range of projects allocated to the People function, including learning and development, EDI and workplace.
Your profile
The role will report into the People Business Partner and will be responsible for supporting the People Business Partner to deliver relevant services that are streamlined and rendered an efficient and effective services for ETF, organise and support a programme of learning and development for leadership, technical skills, soft skills, onboarding/induction and personal development, including design, delivery and engagement of external specialists and suppliers where relevant, and to oversee the ongoing improvement of online learning within ETF.
The successful candidate will have:
- Post-graduate qualification in people management or organisational development, together with current membership of CIPD or equivalent, supported by evidence of CPD. Part qualification will be considered initially, with a commitment to complete an accredited programme.
- Evidenced experience of successfully delivering a range of people development services in an efficient yet customer-focused fashion.
- Experience of building effective working relationships.
- Ability to produce and interpret a range of data to extract trends and find solutions to potential threats to staffing issues.
- Evidence of creating and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner.
- Evidenced understanding of EDI legislation, activity and promotion within an organisation.
