Job Title: Hospitality Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)

Full training and support will be given to candidates to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 - Depending on qualifications

Essential Criteria:
- Must have experience of working within Front of House and Back of House in a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel setting (Front of House experience must be at Deputy level). 
- Must hold an NVQ Level 2 or above in Hospitality (for example any of the following: Professional Cookery, Food Production, Food and Beverage, Reception, Housekeeping).
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
- Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Hospitality up to Level 3, across Back of House and Front of House specialisms.
- Delivering via a blended learning approach (Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Personal Skills:
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
