Hospitality Manager Required for New Not-For-Profit Care Home

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
Your role will be to ensure the hospitality function of the care home is to a high standard and to ensure residents receive a high-quality service. The role includes but is not limited to:
- Line management to Chef, Housekeeping & Maintenance staff
- Maintaining the home to the highest standards.
- Organising hospitality related services for residents.
- Staff rota management.
- Ensure all hospitality services adhere to compliance standards.
- Budget management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Head of Hospitality role.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organisational and budget management skills.

- GBP39,000
