Hotel Assistant Financial Controller

Marc Daniels are recruiting an Assistant Financial Controller to join a well-established hotelat their head office in Windsor.

Any experience using SAP or Netsuite would be highly beneficial.

Any experience within the hospitality sector would be beneficial.

If you have 2+ years’ finance experience, are comfortable with balance sheet reconciliations and are available at short notice; this role would be perfect for you!

THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE IN WINDSOR.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that periodic management accounts are produced in line with the strict month end timetable.
• Responsible for balance sheet control, including balance sheet reconciliations.
• Build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders including members of the finance team.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, effectively present ideas and turn them into practical actions.

Requirements:

• Part Qualified / Qualified Accountant / Qualified by experience.
• Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Team player with an ability to contribute to wider group goals.
• Self-starter with a strong desire for personal and team development
