Role Duties / Expectations
- Managing section, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
- Assisting the Senior chefs to help ensure all food is cooked and presented to a high standard for service.
- Ensuring all health and hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Keeping fridges stocked and report any stock shortages to the supervisor/senior chef.
- Management and development of Commi Chefs and Kps
- Working together as a team, using own initiative to help out and where needed.
