Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing staff in a hospitality setting.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities to guarantee efficient operations
- Manage guest services and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Train, schedule, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with the human resources department on staff recruitment and performance evaluations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
