Work pattern:
Rota Basis. Full-Time. Including Weekends
Experience / Education:
Experience in the Hospital Sector (Bar/Restaurant/Hotel)
3rd Level Qualification would be an advantage but not a necessity
Skills necessary:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
A positive work attitude
Ability to consistently maintain positive customer relationships
Exceptional time-management and task-delegation skills
Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
Organized and detail-oriented
Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
Dynamic personality and strong leadership skills
Ability to train and motivate staff to a high standard
Able to work under pressure
The right person will have experience in the Hospitality environment and is a dedicated and motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
Job duties
The successful person will:
- Assist the manager in the day to day running of the hotel and be proficient in all departments
- oversee the delivery of consistent quality for our customers in all areas of the hotel
- be prepared to offer initiative to consistently develop the hotel through staff and customer satisfaction
- have a friendly attitude and hands on approach
- have a commercial understanding of returning the required GP%#
