24,960 per annum/pro-rata if part-time plus tronc

Your role

This is a role for a self-motivated, confident, and personable individual with high attention to detail. The role involves being responsible for the daily smooth running of the hotel operations. Ensuring all guest needs are looked after during their experience with us on the estate. Hosting our guests from their arrival to the estate through to and beyond their departure, taking on and responding to guest feedback. To support wider teams across the hotel and wider estate the entire hotel team in the execution of their duties. Ensuring the adherence of SOPS, company policies and following The Newt Way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests on arrival
• Orientating guests around the estate
• Proactively assist guest's with enquiries
• Respond to requests, pre-empting any further enquires guests may have
• Manage guest expectations
• Payment handling
• Complaint Handling
• Supporting all hotel department operations
• To have a full knowledge of the services and products that the estate offers
• Enforce company parameters & cancellation policies
• Ensure data is stored securely
