As a Housekeeping Team Member you will be involved in duties such as:
* Implementing & respecting chain's standard operation procedures
* Implementing corrective action after guest reviews and mystery visit
* Register stock in & out
* Organise linen & welcome product stores
* Refill housekeeping trolley
* Participate in the opening and closing of the department
* Cleaning of the rooms and public areas
* Ensure guests and staff safety at all times
Knowledge and skills required:
Training
* Basic knowledge of hospitality/customer service environment
* Basic COSHH
* Health & Safety at Work
Expertise (job-knowledge, technical skills)
* Ability to understand and follow guidelines
* Knowledge of health & safety procedures
