Our client is seeking driven and motivated graduates to join their vibrant sales team as an Account Executive. Based in their beautiful Chippenham office 5 days per week, you’ll thrive on building and nurturing key client relationships and delivering outstanding service. 

Offering a base salary of £24,000pa, uncapped commission (OTB in your first-year c£10,000, top billers are earning +£100,000), and a guaranteed salary promotion after probation. You’ll also benefit from a clear progression plan, a personal training and mentor program, 25 – 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, social events, free tech, incentives and much more!

In the role of Account Executive, you'll be responsible for: 

• Taking ownership of your role, prospecting and onboarding new clients.  
• Using innovative ways of engaging with prospective clients including cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn. 
• Using data lists to expand the customer base across the south of the UK.  
• Building strong rapport with clients, thinking on your feet, and demonstrating ambition and self-motivation. 
• Working alongside a mentor to maximise your potential and accelerate your progression into an Account Manager position.

• Experience in a client or customer service role.  
• Proven ability to handle and organise tasks with exceptional attention to detail.  
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.  
• Strong time management skills.  
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing hard work with a fun approach. 
• Capability to work effectively as part of a team, showcasing excellent teamwork skills.
