Account Executive

I am working with a client in the Chippenham area who is looking for someone with sales experience to join a friendly and supportive team. 

Salary: £24,000 + Commission

Working hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday with Hybrid working

Full training in the role will be provided, they are looking for a team player and someone who can be flexible with the work they do. The right candidate needs to be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. This is a fast paced , high volume role so would suit someone who enjoys being busy and thrives in a fast paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Core responsibility for achieving monthly targets and associated KPI’s as set out by the Regional Commercial Manager. This includes productivity KPI’s managed through telephony reporting.

- Responsible for generation and improvement of customer revenue, volume and gross margin through the application of Company business tools and guidelines, in line with individual and Regional budgets.

-Works collaboratively with both the Regional Commercial Manager and Marketing Department to manage customer churn to a minimum standard through bespoke campaigns and portfolio action plans.

-Maintain a professional and reputable approach to all internal and External situations.
