We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, based in Melksham, who have an opportunity for an Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?
As Account Executive, you will work collaboratively to support the wider team to ensure a high stand of service delivery to clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Turning client requirements into accurate briefs for the design and production team.
- Supporting the client service team to manage projects from start to completion.
- Delivering against SLAs and KPIs.
- Working proactively and collaboratively with internal teams and departments.
- Further duties as required.
What do you need to have?
You will have previous experience in a customer service environment, with strong IT, administration and organisation skills. You will be able to work to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with a proactive and professional approach. Developing excellent relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be able to work to tight deadlines and ensure a high standard of service delivery is maintained. Owing to location, own transport is required.
Salary:
Dependant on Experience.
Hours:
9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
