Responsibilities:
Ensure guest safety and security overnight
Assist with check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of lobby and public areas
Handle luggage and provide exceptional guest service
Requirements:
Hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
Attention to detail and proactive attitude
