The Lewis Partnership is looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our team at The Moat House Hotel, Acton Trussell.
What are we looking for?
- Individuals who have a drive to provide excellent customer service
- Someone who is committed, enthusiastic and self motivated
- Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist
- A great team player with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Someone who has previous experience with Rezlynx and/or ResDiary is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
- Due to the rural location of The Moat House, having your own transport or living locally is essential, as there is no public transport
What does the role entail?
- Ensuring each guest feels welcome and appreciated
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel with high levels of customer services
- Responding to e-mail inquiries and tranferring calls to the appropriate person.
- Cash handling and banking
- Answering telephone calls, taking bedroom and restaurant reservations for all Lewis Partnership properties
- Occasionally helping the office staff with administration duties
What can we offer you?
- Salary: £11.54 per hour, plus an equal share of tips
- Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays
- Shifts patterns: 8 hour shifts, earliest start time 7am and latest finish time 9:30pm, some flexibility is required due to business needs
